February 11th, 2017 @ Donaleigh's Irish Public House

This past Saturday night at Donaleighs Irish Public House in Barrie was a great time! We had perhaps the best crowd we've had at Donaleigh's and that's a really high bar. They danced from the first song right through until the last and no one wanted to leave...including us.

Among the highlights were three new songs that we debuted which went over well. However, perhaps the best highlight came when we ran into some drum issues in the middle of a song and Pains' bassist Christopher came to the rescue by filling in with some sick and unexpected beat-boxing. We were able to fix the drum issues and finish the song...thanks to Chris' heroics. Now that we know that Chris has been hiding yet another of his talents from us, we're going to have to find a way to put it to use in our show.

Shout-out go to Donaleigh's staff for being their usual awesome selves and Steve van Stiphout the sound guy for his usual great work on the knobs and faders.

A birthday shout-out goes to Mitzy. Thank you for being born and for having your birthday party Saturday night with us.

The BIGGEST shout-out goes to that crowd Saturday night! You guys made the party memorable! You ROCKED! We can't wait to come back next month!

If you were there and you have any pictures or video, please feel free to share them with us and everyone else!

Next up...we return to Mississauga for our monthly stop and Drake: A Firkin Pub:

We hope to see you there!
